| Product (Transaction Quality) |
|
| This is a statistical quality control program to measure and improve the quality of the transactions carried out as part of day-to-day delivery, identify the defects and logs, provide the results of analysis, and assist in building the improvement plan. |

| Process Quality |
|
| This is a process compliance quality program to monitor process compliance and identify opportunities for process improvements. We have undertaken extensive process capability studies in all our projects and all our efforts are geared towards the incremental improvement mode in each of the projects based on the Six Sigma practices. |

| People Quality |

| With the best-in class practices, we ensure good product and process quality with no compromise on the people, as they form a core part of our success. We are implementing the PCMM model to enhance our HR practices. |

| Information Security |
|
| In addition to quality, another high priority for us is to manage Information Security by minimizing risks in IT use, optimizing performance and introducing predictability in operations. The Management monitors security through the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensures that it meets corporate, customer and legal requirements. |
